Release Notes¶
On September 2nd 2024, the text of the first version of the FELA (Functionality Evaluation License Agreement) was finalized.
The text has been based on the terms under which the source code of the Anycrypt project had been released in 2021.
The FELA is released with all due Respect to the Free and Open Source Software community and also to the Corporate world in order to facilitate the demonstration of an implementation of a concept, the verification of its practical potential, the promotion of proposals either in terms of community collaboration or corporate management, while maintaining full control of it at an early stage of development.
At this point The Functionality Evaluation License Agreement version 01 is released with All Rights Reserved and can only be used under permission which at this point is on a private invitation basis only.
Please note that contributions or comments regarding the released text or any terms and conditions of the Lincense Agreement are currently not accepted due to the very early stage of the development of the Metro Licenses project.
